HVAC leak

This commercial building flooding was the result of a leaking HVAC unit. This before picture shows the water that was in the carpet when our crews arrived. Once our trained professionals mitigated the water they began to pull wet baseboards and wet insulation for the drying process. In the after picture you can see where the baseboards were pulled and our team placed drying equipment in all affected areas of the building.
