SERVPRO of Vicksburg & Yazoo were called to this residential home to clean up after a plumbing issue. In this home the customer had a few rooms flooded by a toilet overflow and our team at SERVPRO went in and started the drying process to see what our next steps should be. Sadly, the flooring in the affected rooms could not be saved so we had to remove the affected areas. Once we completed the job the customer was very satisfied with the results and could not thank us enough for the hard work of our crew.
