On April 13, 2019 SERVPRO of Vicksburg & Yazoo's hometown, Vicksburg, Mississippi had 3 F2 tornado's reek havoc on various parts of our town.  We immediately went into action by sending vendors out to remove trees from people's homes and start tarping the roofs. The next day was" boots on ground" as adjusters and clients started calling in claims. We worked tirelessly through the last couple of weeks taking care of customers. We have worked with their adjusters and their agents trying to take the best care of them. We have coordinated housing with our real estate contacts, found lodging  through our hotel contacts and have helped them make their non salvageable list.  All in a day's work.  We are so proud of our hometown and  we are so proud of our staff! They have done a phenomenal job. SERVPRO of Vicksburg & Yazoo!
